Who is your sales leader and what exactly is her / his duties?

This is the person who recruited you and who helped you register your account with Avon.
This person does NOT work for Avon.
This person is an Independent Business Owner / Independent Avon Beauty Expert.
Just like you, your sales leader sells Avon products and merchandise for extra income.

What is your sales leader's duties towards you?

To help you register your account with Avon.
To help you activate your account with your first order.
He /she will provide the information you need to get started: I.e: How to pay Avon and Avon's contact details.
To give advice in accordance to his / her experience as an Avon Beauty Expert and Business Owner.
To answer your basic questions.
As a Beauty Expert, he or she will motivate you to be the best of yourself and to keep you earning extra income.
As a sales leader / team leader, he or she may offer exclusive incentives in order to help keep you motivated.

Although your sales leader may motivate you, answer your questions or give advice...

Your extra earnings, the managing of your Avon account, and your success is 100% YOUR responsibility.

Who trains you?

Avon provides all the training you need through Zoom Meetings, Live Meetings and the Avon-On App or online through their website.

How will you find your Avon training?

You will receive all the basic training you need in your first parcel. Please ensure that you study your training materials and that you follow all the instructions provided in your box in order to start your new business as an Avon Advisor.

Please take note of the following when dealing with your Sales Leader:

Your sales leader is not available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and here's why:

As independent Business Owners, Sales Leaders work on their own terms in the same way as you do as an independent Avon Advisor / Representative.
Many sales leaders have a full time job and also have a family.
Just like you, sales leaders joined Avon to be free to choose their hours and work days.
It is not your sales leader's responsibility to: Place your orders, to manage your account, or to do your queries on your behalf. He / she has her own account to manage and is responsible for his / her account only. You account is your responsibility.
Sales leaders also take holidays and weekends off and will not be available at all times.

For the reasons above, your sales leader is not a 24/7 call center and is not available on whatsapp 24/7 either. Most sales leaders will answer your messages within 24 hours or on the nearest business day to their schedule.

Who to contact when your sales leader is not available?

You can contact Avon Call Center on 0860 102 345 during office hours.

Avon Office Hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Saturday 8am to 1pm
Please have your account number handy when making the call.

Most questions are also answered in the community section which you will find on your Avon-On App. You can also ask your questions in the community app. and one of Avon's trainers or the community members will be more than happy to answer your questions.

How will you place your weekly or monthly orders?

You can choose one of three easy ways to place your orders:

Avon-On App
Online
Via sms

The information and instructions you need on how to place your orders will be provided in your box with your first order.

Your sales leader may also agree to help you during your first 90 days as a new Avon Advisor, but there and after you must place your own orders.
