Fragrance Selling Tips:

1. Buy stock. Stock on hand sells easier than no stock at all. Customers also like to see and touch what they are buying. If they like what they see and touch, they are more likely to buy.
2. If you can't buy stock, order testers with your customer orders so that you can introduce the fragrances to your customers. Customers love to smell a fragrance on themselves before buying to make certain she will like it. Customers are more likely to buy a fragrance once they  have tried and know they like it.
3. Always have a brochure and testers with you. NEVER go without.
4. Wear your testers so that customers can be exposed to the fragrances all the time. This will tempt them in to trying and eventually buying from you.
5. Buy your stock before month-end. This way your stock will have arrived and is ready to sell when your customers get paid. Customers are more likely to buy when they have money.
6. Order a PAXI return bag and always have one handy. If you end up with stock not paid for or not sold, you can return the goods to Avon for credit on your account. Training can be found on your Avon-On App or by logging in online.
7. Help your client find her fragrance by asking the right questions. Always recommend 3 fragrances and see to it that you have testers on you for her to try. (Training is available on your Avon-On App or by logging in online.
   
8. This offer can be used to activate your Avon account. The total cost will be R862-10. Activation includes a PAXI returns bag, 2 x brochures, Let's Talk Brochure, your training and free products.
